Engage local residents and service users in shaping programmes that truly meet their needs.

Foster safe, inclusive environments where individuals feel heard, respected, and supported to grow.

Teenage Mental Health & Trauma Support

Adolescence is a critical stage of development, and when trauma occurs, it can deeply disrupt emotional growth, relationships, and identity.

We support young people navigating issues like bullying, parental separation, loss, social pressure, and trauma-related anxiety.

Provide one-to-one therapy and group support that helps teenagers understand their emotions, process their experiences, and build self-worth.

Equip them with tools to self-regulate, manage stress, and feel safe in their bodies and minds.

By working with teenagers in a trauma-informed way, we help prevent long-term emotional distress, reduce risky behaviours, and build foundations for resilience and confidence into adulthood.

Meet Clare

My professional journey began with foundational training in hypnotherapy and NLP, where I developed a profound understanding of the subconscious mind and its impact on our lives.

This initial exploration led me to specialise in EMDR and trauma work, focusing on PTSD and complex trauma. By incorporating somatic therapies such as IFS and Parts Therapy, I provide
a holistic approach to addressing developmental trauma and its triggers.

Volunteering experiences have been pivotal in shaping my career. I attained my mentoring
qualification through my work with Cherished, a charity dedicated to supporting girls, which deepened my commitment to teenage mental health. As a parent of two teenagers, I am
particularly passionate about this area, bringing personal insight and empathy to my practice.

Additionally, my volunteer work with Betterways contributed to my counselling qualification and enriched my expertise in addiction support. This collaboration allowed me to become a
vital resource for those in need within our community.
Having navigated my own battles with anxiety disorders, I approach therapy with compassion and empathy, ensuring that each client feels seen, heard, and empowered.

Thank you for considering me as your partner on this remarkable journey. Together, we will unlock the potential within you, guiding you towards a life filled with authenticity, resilience,
and fulfillment.
